Life through your eyes

This art is created by Habiba Azhar, a graphic designer and an artist by profession. This art piece is a print achieved through a technique which is termed as Dry Point in print making. Drypoint  is a printmaking  technique of the intaglio   family, in which an image is incised into a plate (or "matrix") with a hard-pointed "needle" of sharp metal or diamond point. In principle the method is practically identical to engraving . Chin-colle technique is also added to this particular print. The artist explains the interpretation of her art piece as life is same as these chemical tubes, each tube has a different substance but they never get mixed with the next tube despite the fact being on the same palette. Life has different emotions and spices to offer, a person experiences every spice of life yet it doesn’t get affected by the other one which he just experience few years back. He gets a chance to experience all of it in one life same as the single chemical pa...

Sitting on the path hoping to find you on my way,  The path I am unaware of, fogging up the view.  Looking on the clock ticking every moment But no sign of you coming towards my way. The time that passed by, The moment of feel gone by, Wind touching the soul like a feel after a cold war. Feel of a wonderful imagination, Or a princess of the Disney land.  The one who’s gone would never come back  But I still wish to see you again.  The tears dropped by,  The nostalgia coming around just make my heart sink. These memories are killing me every moment. When will this wait end,  When will this wound fill. The loneliness fading away with the clinch of facade in my heart.  -HA

She was scared from the color holders, But I knew she was a fighter to stop those loosers, I recognized the strength in her abilities, She was a friend more than a stranger. She used me until she could reach the peak, She pushed me away from that damn peak, But choose to stay, to rule the field. I was helping her beyond my interest, But she never respected the struggle I did for her, I would have approached the field for myself, But I chose her to be the ruler instead, Was I dumb enough to see that coming, What can one do to serve a loyalty with a friend? Why can’t I get a friend like me? Who can serve the loyalty with heart filled with purity? All that dirt one saves inside I wish I could see though to save my side. -HA

Friendship is an indefinite bond. I love my friends for being real and to accept me for what I am. Friendship bond is like a festive which can be celebrated any day, any time without conditions and formalities. This celebration can be celebrated timelessly. This bond doesn’t demand for regular call or meet ups. It gets as fresh as a smell of a fresh flower or soil after rain. That aroma is of purity. Despite cast, color, status, we stand together through thick and thin. We hold each other’s back and feel blessed to have friends like each other. “If you judge people, you have no time to love them” -Mother Teresa        It’s very difficult to find true friends in present, who loves you beyond any benefit or priorities. When you see your friend and it brings a smile to your face straight from the heart that’s one of the best friendship moment. “Without friends no one would choose to live, though he had all other goods” -A...

Ducks have waterproof feathers . They have a special gland positioned near their tails, called the preen gland or the oil gland. This gland produces oil, which ducks rub over their feathers with their beaks to maintain their waterproof effects. This oil creates a protective barrier that stops feathers becoming waterlogged.
