Fusion of Art and Life

This art is created by Habiba Azhar, a graphic designer and an artist by profession. This art piece is a print achieved through a technique which is termed as Dry Point in print making. Drypoint is a printmaking technique of the intaglio family, in which an image is incised into a plate (or "matrix") with a hard-pointed "needle" of sharp metal or diamond point. In principle the method is practically identical to engraving. Chin-colle technique is also added to this particular print.
The artist explains the interpretation of her art piece as life is same as these chemical tubes, each tube has a different substance but they never get mixed with the next tube despite the fact being on the same palette.
Life has different emotions and spices to offer, a person experiences every spice of life yet it doesn’t get affected by the other one which he just experience few years back. He gets a chance to experience all of it in one life same as the single chemical palate.
The strangled wires in first tube is when we are so fussed and busy in our life that we don’t have a space for any other one person to be included in our lives. We feel motivated satisfied by our life.
The second bar includes small molecules which depicts despite the fact we fell satisfied by our life but the relations, the people who are part of our life are all scattered.
Third bar includes the pointy particles which depicts the distance and space between relations.
Fourth bar has the hexagon shaped elements which although lye in same bars yet which same distance and space.
Next bar includes the lines which are parallel to each other and they can never meet.
Sixth bar includes the rocks, the people around us which keep on throwing hurdles and stones in your way, in your work.
The next bar includes bushes the blurry memories that make you realize you parents your family has always been there for you no matter what. You are the strongest mentally and physically.
Eighth bar has a leaf which brings freshness in your life, the new perspective you have to see the life just buying the few moments for yourself.
The empty tube represents the time lapse that comes in every person’s life when we feel like we are alone or when we need the breathing space of our own from this rush and busy world.
The second last bar includes the diagonal lines, which meet each other as they travel. After getting your personal space you have to make a move and bring your life to a happy life style.
The last bar includes spirals, the happiness you get when you try your best to balance and manage the emotions despite messing around.

Waiting for you since forever

Sitting on the path hoping to find you on my way,  The path I am unaware of, fogging up the view.  Looking on the clock ticking every moment But no sign of you coming towards my way. The time that passed by, The moment of feel gone by, Wind touching the soul like a feel after a cold war. Feel of a wonderful imagination, Or a princess of the Disney land.  The one who’s gone would never come back  But I still wish to see you again.  The tears dropped by,  The nostalgia coming around just make my heart sink. These memories are killing me every moment. When will this wait end,  When will this wound fill. The loneliness fading away with the clinch of facade in my heart.  -HA

The Facts you may not know

Ducks have waterproof feathers . They have a special gland positioned near their tails, called the preen gland or the oil gland. This gland produces oil, which ducks rub over their feathers with their beaks to maintain their waterproof effects. This oil creates a protective barrier that stops feathers becoming waterlogged.
